Having recently released their debut album ‘Lights Out’ to widespread critical acclaim, it is with great excitement that Big Deal unveil details of their new single Distant Neighbourhood, out on Mute on 5 December 2011.
Distant Neighbourhood introduces ‘Lights Out’, a sweeping track full of nostalgic guitar chords and poignant vocals. A future slacker anthem, the song plays out with Kacey and Alice repeating "I wish you well and I wish you away."
Through their live performances earlier on in the year at the NME Radar tour, various summer festivals including Reading and Leeds, headlining their own UK tour and most recently supporting Cloud Control on tour, Big Deal have carved themselves a reputation for bewitching audiences with their raw, emotively rich sound.
